How does it work?
STEP 1: Let's get started

Enquire and tell me about your project. I’ll send you a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and fees. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll sign a contract and you’ll pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot. Before we kick off, you’ll fill out a detailed brand questionnaire — this helps me understand your business, your vibe, and exactly what you want before we dive in.

STEP 2: Creative direction

I’ll analyse the information you will have provided, do research, and develop at least two creative directions for your brand. Each direction will reflect your brand’s unique personality. You’ll pick one as the foundation for all further work.

STEP 3: Design and refinement

I’ll create all your brand elements and present them for approval. We’ll go through up to two rounds of revisions, after which you’ll receive your logo files, additional graphic elements, and a complete brand guideline document.

STEP 4: Optional add-ons

If you choose to include add-ons, we’ll work on them after your core brand is approved. This could include social media templates, presentations, packaging, or any other assets we discussed.

STEP 5: This isn't goodbye!

Once everything is complete, I’ll issue the final invoice. But this isn’t goodbye! If you have questions or need extra support, I’m always here to help.
